What We Do
Our mission is to help our youth improve their athletic abilities and overall health and confidence through Gods word, physical fitness, nutrition and creating new habits.
*In person sessions will be physically challenging and consist of speed, agility, endurance, and strength exercises.
These categories will be grouped into 20 min segments with water breaks imbetween. We will be warming up & stretching at the start and finish of each in person session. The in person session will also include intentional conversations during our cool down stretches to encourage the kids, get to know them and teach them how to steward their bodies well now and always for Gods glory.
*The at home "homework" which each athlete will be given in their take home binder will include 15–20-minute homework assignments of physical activity for them to do on days we do not see them. There will be a chart where they mark off that they completed their homework, and we will check it on Sunday's when we see them. The goal with homework is to help the athletes create new/healthier habits of physical activity and also get them into better habits with their nutrition.

Our 3 Strikes, You're Out Policy
This policy is in place for both our athletes and our staff. We are committed to not only talking about Jesus, but actually exuding behaviors and actions that show Jesus to others. All of our staff will conduct themselves in positive and encouraging ways to our athletes and to one another, and although there may be times when correction is necessary, it will not be executed in a condemning manner.
As for our athletes, we have a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, foul language or disrespectful attitudes.
*1st offense will result in a verbal warning both to the athlete and the parent
*2nd offense will result in a written-up agreement between the athlete/parents and our staff member. This agreement will be discussed and signed to be sure the athlete knows it is their last warning.
*3rd offense, the athlete is out of the program. No refunds will be given.
It is of utmost importance to us, that this program is fun, uplifting and encouraging for all who participate!
Thank you for your cooperation!
